He is a specialist in Physical Education and has a vast experience in engaging students and staff in learning. During his service in a school, he was instrumental in developing the school’s Character Development and Pupils’ Wellbeing Frameworks and in achieving the school’s Best Practice Award (Student All-Round Development).

He received the National Day Award (Commendation Medal) in 2013. He started Core Entreprise to continue his passion in developing the CORE (eg. character) in everyone.
