Self taught Set Designer & Art Director
Michele Low Richards is an accomplished self-taught set designer and art director. She trained as a fashion designer at La Salle College of the Arts.
Her career kicked off in the entertainment industry, where she immersed herself in prop and costume making, and event spatial design. She first dabbled in, and then made the transition to the advertising media industry, where she currently remains, working across diverse mediums including TV commercials, print ads, activation events, and spatial design.
Her work in set & costume design, and art direction has contributed to industry-recognised awards for brands such as Lenovo, Ministry of Communications & Information (MCI), IKEA, their agencies and partners.
Leading up to Halloween annually, Michele and her son, Charlie, get very excited planning costumes and activities, as Charlie’s birthday falls on the day before Halloween!
